Wealth Management

Personal circumstances change. Caring for your loved ones as situations develop can be difficult.

Our Wealth Management Department is here not just to help draw up legal contracts to reflect your wishes, but to advise, help and give assistance, to take a load off your shoulders during difficult times.

Careful planning is key. We can help with lifetime estate and tax planning, to ensure you have the income and capital you need to maintain your future lifestyle, or have enough put by to pay for care.

We can also help you avoid or reduce the Inheritance Tax burden due on your estate, arrange best use of your Income Tax allowances, and assess how your Capital Gains Tax liability can best be avoided, reduced or delayed.

Our aim also is to highlight possibly unseen hazards. For instance, failing to make a Will could mean your family may suffer unnecessary financial problems. Without a Will the law will decide how your estate will be divided - which means a husband, wife or civil partner may not automatically inherit.

"Personal circumstances change. Caring for your loved ones as situations develop can be difficult. And should a loved one die, there is a lot to do. Let us help, and share that burden with you."
